It's one of those authentic, picturesque farmhouse inns in the hinterland, where people come to discover true Corsican cuisine, with the guarantee of irreproachable raw materials. We love the exceptional setting: a former olive press, masterfully restored by François Garelli. There are only two menus, one for adults and the other for children, offering excellent value for money. If you've had too much of the homemade digestif, you can sleep in. This is our favorite spot in this micro-region!

Nous avons passé un super moment.
Menu unique pour une cuisine typiquement corse, toutes les saveurs de la Corse nous les avons retrouvés dans la succession de plats qui nous été servi. Très copieux.
