At the end of a path that alternates between pre-woods and forest, you will discover this "small" artisanal distillery installed in the family farm of Anne-Sophie and Arnaud Bourgeois. Recently, this reconversion into a distillery (on a human scale) has become a sure address in the world of Absinthe. They are passionate, demanding, and grow their plants in certified organic farming. The range includes three absinthes that have made the reputation, each one with its own specificity : the Blanche, the Fine, the Verte. But recently, a fourth " la Saugette ", sweet and round, a nice product to start discovering absinthe. Other products are being developed. There are countless medals and distinctions that crown this professionalism in the pure respect of artisanal production. A must to discover the " Fée Verte ".
