Baume-les-Dames is housed in a bowl like Besançon, and is full of heights that are all of the views offered to visitors. On the west side, Gamache's jump offers a complete panoramic view of the roofs of the city and the green nature surrounding it. Accessible by car, hiking trails or motivated cyclists, this panoramic view is a fresh air and a moment of fullness for who knows it. This hike owes its name to a minister of Charles Quint who fell along the cliff. More rugged, the Fente slot and the Sous Buen offer a more breathtaking face on the Doubs valley from cliffs and cliffs that serve as a busy climbing ground for baumois enthusiasts. Finally the cross of Chatard, a more cultural and historical step than the previous ones but which has a very beautiful point of view on the valley, Baume-les-Dames and the slit of Babre with its 455 meters. Sites with varying difficulty, information at the tourist office will avoid any unpleasant surprises.
