In the face of St. Martin's Church, Thiebaud pastry, formerly Roy, invites the pleasures of senses with its specialities. Préscillia Thiebaud, the best apprentice of France Custard in 2013, took over the rouleau after the departure of the one who was his trainer. We're happy to find classic pastries, quince paste, cellulite but also local specialities such as Dames crackers, cellulite and delicious Vauban cake. Treat yourself to a touch of fantasy with the "reflections of Baume" (engraved biscuits of the monuments of the country baumois). From the fine days, enjoy infusions and ice cream on a charming terrace ideally placed.
