One can feel through the menu the influence of the culinary encounters of this young man, only 24 years old, when he created the first Aloha in Dijon. Faithful to his convictions of eating healthy and using fresh products, he offers us complete and well-balanced dishes. You can compose your own poké bowl or choose directly from the menu.
