Let us shift for one evening the Cancoillotte and sausage of Morteau and let us transport to the Punjab, a region that derives from the recipes on the map. The hotel is the perfect starting point for a pleasant stay. The dishes are a true firework for the taste buds: saffron, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and clou, one self-one. Vegetable doughnut, tandoori skewers, nan cheese with lassi, a yogurt-based drink, mixing all these exotic flavours makes travel. We think it is, we are in India while remaining at the foot of the citadel!
