AL SIROCCO
The sirocco, warm and dry, leaves the Mediterranean and blows Chifflet street carrying Italy to your plate and with him unquestionably one of the best pizzas in the city. A fine and crisp dough, generous topping, like that of its delicious homemade pasta. In addition, a map is slightly more varied than that of the usual pizzerias: it includes seafood (brodetto), mozzarella doughnuts, and a few French meat dishes, which makes you discover Italian cuisine otherwise. A kitchen in action where you may be able, by chance, to see the boss in the fourneaux spinning his dough over his head like any true Italian pizzaïolo. Authentic and tasty cuisine, Italian names that during the order will make you regret so much authenticity but who at the tasting will know to be very quickly forgiven. And as in Italy, the time of family meal is sacred, for groups, the large basement room is there to welcome you. !!
