You can only be satisfied - how to appreciate the quality ingredients, always discreet, friendly and pleasant - the frames stops some = a delight, the small pastries offered with coffee are delicate! you forget the regime and let yourself enjoy by the pleasure of still table of this hotel - I hope to go back soon

excellent. One of the best of Besançon, for me; the setting is not exceptional, but the service, the quality ingredients are. Entrance for dessert: simply delighted, weekday lunchtime special is not bad too. I remember an exceptional cassoulet noon. Restaurant recommended, especially ever disappointed, fake notes. Remember to book, even during the week it is often full.

The best value of Besançon. The cusine is refined. The lunch menu is affordable at £16. Only rustic setting is a little old-fashioned. The small more: maps recipes from the chef are sometimes available at the reception.
