LE CLEMENCEAU ET LA BRASSERIE DU TIGRE
The Brasserie du Tigre Clemenceau, a traditional brasserie with this thing… As in many breweries, the menu map is simple and rather basic at noon: salad and dish of the day, or à la carte à la carte with 3 choices of fish and so much meat. Lunch and evening, in the programme, 2 menus: entrance and flat, or flat and dessert for 18 €, and entrance, flat and dessert for € 24: Bresse chicken, Jus juice in the Savagnin and its rice, paved with roast trout roasted with olive oil and vegetable garden… A generous, pleasant and refined cuisine, with fresh ingredients, with well-blended seasoning, renewed every day by an efficient brigade that allows you fast service at midday and more relaxed in the evening. Traditional, yes, but it's worth the game by its attention to the details of a careful decoration of the frame, whether it be in the room, class and modern, in the grey and red tones, and on the plate, well presented, therefore desirable! A good address to remember, but where it is better to book, both the shaded room and the shady and vegetated terraces are stormed at lunch time!
