Opened in 1873, the Brasserie du Commerce has preserved the charm of the Belle Époque with its sculpted high ceiling, mirrors and incredible lustre. This brewery is also classified as a historic monument in the city. The clientele brings together the young dynamic managers who are quickly recovering as well as families taking their time, passing through young couples in love in love. The friendly, friendly team is efficient and fast but will take the time to chat with you if time does not press you. The kitchen is inspired by the new gastronomy than the traditional brasserie, simple and always tasty. The hotel was very close to the train station and the train station was very close to the train station. The Trade Brasserie has many years before it!

Atrrape touristes... On sort on a faim..
A sublime art deco place. Quality cuisine. The clientele is quite old. The small more: the place to show itself city centre.
Unmissable...a very regular brasserie as for the quality of the dishes, service and this mythical place in the heart of Besançon!
a historic presqu place given the writer Colette busy. The decor has superb being: mirrors and the chandelier giants, but all old. The façade is very beautiful. The service depends on the person who S is of excellent with very average. Very popular lunch: menu and coffee €10
