During a weekend at the end of March or at the beginning of April, the city is animated by the bands, the laughter, the applause, the rustle of the confetti launched by the crowd in a grand parade by the dance associations, music and tanks! The parade measures the main streets of the city centre, throwing confetti on its passage into a great tintamarre! The procession is closed by Mr Carnival on its pedestal, which closes the period of winter and announces spring in a great scramble of colors! Artistic makeup workshops and ephemeral tattoos are offered to children and adults. The animations start on Saturday for a high-colour evening, and the animations are changing the whole city over a weekend.
