Welcome to the friends of the barashi! Tie your kimono, tie your belt and, barefoot, win the ² of the Judo Dojo. You will learn (children from 4 years old, mature adults or confirmed adults), in the image of Jigoro Kano, inventor of judo, that in life, soft little beat the fort. This lesson is worth a ippon, probably! A practice that aims at physical, moral and spiritual development, and enables the judokas to flourish in harmony with themselves and especially with others.
