The National Stud Farm welcomes the Regional Equine Theme Associations under the aegis of a Horse House, which brings together representatives of the breeders of sports horses, ponies, comtois, as well as the Regional equestrian and equestrian committee. But the main axis of the site is sports coupling. Each week, introductory courses are offered, the development of the traditional stud-attelage attelage, with comtois horses, saddle horses and ponies, starting at the age of 6. Educational projects for primary schools, colleges and aerated centres are taking place, using the horse as an educational teaching tool. Everything is gathered here for a quality welcome and in an exceptional setting of any event that wants to enjoy a privileged situation in the heart of the city. Finally, regular work towards the prison world is one of the originalités of the site. This site is part of the network of the French horse and horse riding institute which runs throughout France with 22 national stud farms and the Black framework of Saumur.
