Franc cycling has a good kick! Born after the war, the Comité Régional de Vélo-Comté is an association affiliated with the French Federation of Cycling, whose aim is to develop the whole cycle of cycling activity in the franc territory. Its headquarters are based in Besançon, in the heart of the capital city, at the Regional Sports House on the Pôle Sports Centre. Since its creation, the activity of the Regional Cycling Committee has grown steadily, including the integration of new disciplines such as mountain biking, BMX, and recreational cycling, where the franc-comtois cycling is brilliantly. The Regional Committee had 3367 licensees in 2011 and 58 affiliated clubs in the region, which proves the good health of the Regional Committee, faire in a cycling that changed gears in Franche-Comté.
