PROGRAMME EFFILOGIS - CONSEIL RÉGIONAL DE BOURGOGNE FRANCHE-COMTÉ

The Region has made energy transition one of its priorities, with a commitment to make Burgundy-Franche-Comté a positive-energy region by 2050, i.e. a region that produces more than it consumes and reduces its consumption.

Effilogis program: Effilogis is operational throughout Burgundy-Franche-Comté. Aimed at individuals, condominiums, social landlords, local authorities and associations, it enables BBC energy renovation of public and private buildings. This not only protects the environment, but also provides comfort and financial savings for residents, helps to combat fuel poverty for those on the lowest incomes, keeps energy costs under control for local authorities, and creates jobs that cannot be relocated.

For public and privatesocial landlords, local authorities and associations: the Region supports projects to renovate social housing and tertiary buildings to "low-energy" standards, at both the design and construction stages. Assistance is increased if bio-sourced materials (wood, hemp, straw, cellulose) are used, and encourages greater use of renewable energies and environmental measures (water management, biodiversity, greening, waste management and reuse of materials).

VSEs and SMEs renovating their buildings benefit from free personalized advice via the "Ticket réno pro" (contact Iris PETER at CMAR 03 80 63 01 23 or Eric MONOD at CCI 06 13 51 08 46). The reward is a 30% tax credit on key energy-efficiency measures, up to a maximum of €25,000 per company.
