Starred restaurant in the heart of the fir trees of the Haut Doubs.

The location alone is enchanting, right in the heart of the Haut-Doubs region. This beautiful house, literally (as well as figuratively), is the setting for a Michelin-starred restaurant and a charming hotel. Jacques Banachon is in charge of the kitchen, which has been awarded a Michelin star for the past eighteen years. His sister Sandrine is in charge of the two dining areas: traditional "Bistrot" and gastronomic. The establishment is also a hotel, with superb rooms. Everything you need for an exceptional stay in the heart of the wilderness. Not to be missed.

Alors les plats sont onéreux mais cela est justifié. mais vousmpouvez aussi profiter du lieu en mangeant dans l'autre salle de restaurant moins gastro mais très bonne aussi pour moindre cout

Nous avons mangé du côté brasserie en novembre 2016, et côté gastro en mars 2018.
Côté brasserie, le cadre est agréable, le service très professionnel et les plats sont très bons.
Côté gastro, les plats étaient très bons aussi, raffinés et cuisinés avec des produits frais et de qualité. Le service était vraiment très bien, professionnel, efficace, souriant... Mention spéciale au dessert au litchi, avec des textures très intéressantes et une présentation travaillée!
seul bémol; nous avons trouvé les prix trop élevés.
