Bonnétage is one of the rare villages to have two fruit factories. This one offers only organic products and has been a pioneer in this field since 1975. It is located in the hamlet of Cerneux-Monnot at an altitude of 900 m. It is here that the ten members who make up the company transform the milk into cheese that will then be left to mature in the cellars of Marcel Petite. A store offers Comté, Morbier, butter and other regional products in organic farming.
