On the first floor of the hotel of the same name, this excellent restaurant boasts a contemporary design. Owner Lydie Maronne serves regional cuisine. As a native of the region, the chef knows all the good things Franche-Comté and Burgundy have to offer. The menu on the day of our visit included trout from Bonnevaux, duck leg confit with Trousseau, and hot ham from Haute-Loue. And let's not forget the tasty morel crouttes, a must-try. A very fine address.
