O RYTHME DES SAISONS
Restaurant in Byans-sur-Doubs offering dishes with gastronomic colors and seasonal mixed salads.
Strolling between Dole and Besançon via Arc-et-Senans, this village is ideally positioned to avoid the turmoil of the main roads and reach the Comtoise capital. This restaurant will offer you a break in the heart of the village, opposite the church and at the foot of the fountain which sings in the summer. The place is sober, very clean (including the disabled toilets) and bright as the reception of the waitress or the owner David Parisot who comes out of his kitchen to greet his customers. The bar is the meeting point of acquaintances. The room with about fifty covers receives the menus of the day during the week. But from Friday onwards, the dishes take on the gastronomic colours. The salads are well composed (asparagus and duck, goat, peasant or comtoise breasts) and according to the season the chef prepares the calf's head, the filet mignon comtois with wild rice or morels and let's not forget the frying which is very popular in the region. A table to be encouraged without taking your mind off it.
