This artisanal factory was created in 2001, and for the past three years it has been run by Isabelle Blateyron, who has managed to preserve its identity, while also bringing her personal touch through innovations. The space is bright and the products are so well presented that you will find it hard not to succumb to temptation. The chocolate is available under the titles "Le Doubs Frisson", "La Croquine Comtoise", or "La Faïencine", these are the signatures, but the Victor Hugo box is a must. You can find these excellent chocolates on the Internet and you can even make your own box. But the best is to go to the shop, because the workshop is next door and you can watch the making.
