Chef Christian Pilloud and his wife have been running this fine establishment since 1995. They welcome you into their beautifully furnished dining room, as if you were in their own home, but somehow this is their intimate everyday environment. The menu changes with the seasons, and the cuisine is always rich in color and flavor. We love this beautiful address where it's good to stop off, all the more so because this couple is so friendly, and that counts for a lot too. Plus: a natural environment with superb scenery.
