POLAR PARK
Polar Park in Chaux-Neuve, an original space between a zoo and a reserve, where you can meet the animals, worth a visit.
Between the zoo and the reserve, in the heart of the Val de Mouthe, France's "little Siberia", you can meet the animals: herds of western reindeer, Tarpan horses, aurochs and yaks, sled dogs and more. The Polar Park is housed in a former alpine farmhouse at an altitude of 1,200 metres, in the Risoux forest. With your guides, you'll enter the intimacy of the animal world. Spend some time inside the mini-farm with the barnyard animals, where an exhibition and film complete this playful encounter.
