This Comtoise institution is a fine hotel-restaurant. In this old house, several generations of hoteliers have succeeded one another. Now, the Walter family is carrying on the tradition. Improvements have been made, notably with contemporary furnishings, but the spirit of the place remains unchanged. Gastronomy is based on seasonal regional produce and fish from the Doubs region.
