A protected park brimming with flora and fauna, streams and waterfalls, and a host of events.
Built in 1672 in the heart of a 250-hectare natural park of primary forest, the Val de Consolation monastery was a minor seminary from 1833 to 1905, and again from 1920 to 1978. The park, which is currently protected, abounds in protected flora and fauna, streams, waterfalls and signposted footpaths. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking. It's a place where you can recharge your batteries and disconnect from the world, thanks to a remarkable natural environment and site, and above all to the accommodation on offer. Many events now punctuate the year. Exceptional.
