Welcome to the Valentine's Bistro, hosted by Chef Jean-François Mayor. Here we eat well: The kitchen is classic, with a local touch. Tournedos beef fillet to yellow wine sauce, jacques jacques and hazelnut cutlettes in salad or paved with cod broth citronella ginger, you no longer know where to give taste. In dessert, we crack for the bread of homemade spices in autumn, and the passion mousse grout of red fruits in summer. As follows: you can find the chef's kitchen during your private events with the catering service of the bistro!
