BRASSERIE D'EPENOY
This brewery has replaced the former bar-restaurant of the village. It is the work of Anaïs who has given back to this place its role of economic and social lung. She has started to produce top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized beers that are refermented in the bottle. It works a bit like the Anglo-Saxon way to obtain light foams, but with character. The spring water is local, the cereals largely comtoises, the hops Alsatian and English. 5 permanent beverages come out of the brewery, including of course "La Dam'Naïs"!
