Farm belonging to the Courbet family, organizes events and exhibitions
Located 18 kilometers from Ornans, this farmhouse belonged to the Courbet family, who lived here only periodically. Gustave had fond memories of this place and of his favorite sister, Juliette, who kept his memory alive in what is the first site to have been rehabilitated in her memory. As well as visiting the restored building, you can stroll through the scented garden or take a break at Juliette's Café Librairie. Events and exhibitions are organized here all year round. A visit that complements that of the Musée d'Ornans.
