AUBERGE DU TUYÉ
Welcome to Haut-Doubs, at 913 meters altitude, in a small village as charming as quiet. Sylvie and Pascal Bôle await you in their 1770 building where the chef strives to offer a gentle mix between traditional dishes of the region and more original and less focused on the land. Do you want a Morteau sausage with a savagnin sauce? No worries. Do you prefer poêlés mullet nets, a vegetable base and the juice of a bouillabaisse? No problem. As you will have understood, this house is the hostel in the noble sense of the word. We welcome the passage and offer a series of menus and à la carte dishes that should satisfy their appetite and appetite.
