One of the most typical comtoises farms that you can discover in the department in Fournets-Luisans.
It is one of the most typical Comtois farms that can be discovered in the department. Built three centuries ago, it is a historical reference. You can admire the tuyé, the huge chimney where the salt products were smoked and which was used to heat the whole house. The stable has been converted into a shop selling the products of the excellent Noël Myotte house and other regional products. The home-made charcuterie is smoked in the farm's tuyé!
