Passionate about his craft, Jean-Christophe sources his raw materials as locally as possible. His pistachio ice cream is a big hit, but his other flavors are a hit with gourmets, even in Périgueux, where they can be found. Même si il n'y avait plus trop de choix ( plein été avec grosse chaleur )
Le lieu ne fait pas très propre, dommage: une fois encore il est bien situé et devrait en profiter pour faire de la qualité et non de la quantité...
