AUBERGE DE LA ROCHE
This is undoubtedly one of the best addresses of the Val de Morteau. The reputation of this establishment is no longer to be done, the focus is on the reception, presentation and, of course, the quality of the kitchen. The programme is a rich and surprise card orchestrated by Philippe Feuvrier, a man of absolute constancy who never disappoints. His cuisine, a little bourgeois, but in the noble sense of the word, satisfies the taste buds of a clientele who have been conquise for years with his know-how and creativity in the small menu or at the top. The market-inspired menu allows you to discover a 5-course suite for every taste! And if you ever want to try to reproduce what you have tasted, then come and take a cooking course of fish, meat or small ovens and pastries!
