In the center of the village of Guyans-Vennes, overlooking the beautiful Dessoubre valley, you will not miss the dairy cooperative. Its cheesemaker and the 15 members who form it offer the symbolic cheese of Franche-Comté but also an excellent Gruyère de France IGP. It regularly obtains medals at the Concours général agricole des fromages. In her store you will find two kinds of Comté (Arnaud-Juraflore ripening), the famous Gruyère and small goat cheeses from Mont de Fuans as well as butter and an incredible raw cream.
