Renovated in 2016, this is a beautiful hotel-restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Fort de Joux. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. In terms of cuisine, the regional brand is very much in evidence, with dishes that showcase local produce. Morel mushrooms are featured, as are trout, but the menu also offers other regional dishes to discover. In the afternoon, you can enjoy pizzas and snacks. A good stopover in the heart of the Haut-Doubs tourist region.
