This inn, a renowned restaurant in the region, was created in 1919 by an ancestor of the current owner, it was then a stagecoach relay. Édouard Létoublon continues to perpetuate the family tradition, while bringing innovations. In season, the frogs are there, as well as the fish from the nearby Lake Saint-Point.
