Bistronomy and regional classics share the menu of this elegant restaurant, which is housed in a former workshop. This is where Mr. Donat used to build his boats in order to rent them to visitors who wanted to enjoy a trip on the magnificent Lake Saint-Point. The chef Raphaëlle Vernier proposes a 100% home-made cuisine, gourmet and of high quality, concocted with local products and carefully selected, and we can't resist the filet of perch or fera, a classic of the place! Several rooms, tastefully decorated, including one for groups.
