Restaurant in a warm setting offering a very nice wine list in Montbéliard.
Since 1986, Christine and Olivier Prévot-Carme have been running this renowned gourmet restaurant. Fish is king here, with a fishmonger on hand to serve you fresh, homemade fare. The regional touch is present with Bresse poultry in yellow wine, risotto with old Comté cheese. Another signature dish: fillet of Lake Geneva féra, fricassee of roots with morel mushrooms. The setting is warm and inviting, and the fabric topping is always very pleasant. The wine list is superb, not to mention the selection of sought-after whiskies.
