This restaurant is a very nice place. Marie-Jo and Marc Ficher offer you excellent regional cuisine, such as the morel crusts, the pike-perch fillet, the morbiflette comtoise and its warm ham or the supremes of poultry in the comté. The menu changes with the seasons and offers very specific dishes: in the fall, game lovers can opt for a steak of doe or a hare stew. We finish on a fresh note with a Coupe des Sapins: bud ice cream and fir liqueur.
