Restaurant offering a unique menu on the banks of the Doubs.
Under the Pont de la République, a rustic and authentic house welcomes this restaurant. A unique menu is offered in a chic, well-appointed setting. On the day we visited, there were roasted sweet potatoes with feta mousse, peanuts and tarragon cream; then a shredded ham confit and spelt stew, red cabbage jam and smoked yoghurt; and finally a white chocolate and praline millefeuille with pineapple compote. Inventive and delicious! A superb table.

Cuisine excellente et innovante.
Endroit magnifique accueil très sympa, cuisine avec de bon produit, simple mais bien travaillé, on voit qu'en cuisine il y a quelqu'un qui se donne de la peine pour faire quelque chose de bon, avec de bons produits de saison.
