It was also an opportunity for Nicolas Berthoud to change his life, having left behind the world of industry. Inside, the ambience is modern and plant-based, with hints of wood and pink neon recalling the name of this new concept, which also extends to the large, pleasant terrace. For nibbles, there are boards of local produce and pizzas to share with family and friends.
