This biennial event, a major rendezvous in the Haut-Doubs, takes place at the same time as the release of the seasonal cheese, Mont-Or.
This event takes place every two years in September when the seasonal cheese, the Mont-d'Or, is released and marketed for a few months. It is the largest event in the Haut-Doubs in this niche. It brings together 200 exhibitors craftsmen, traders, producers. In a festive and friendly atmosphere, it also honours regional gastronomy with games, competitions and various activities. Some evenings are followed by equally enjoyable evening events.
