Au Bon Echanson is a wine cellar. It offers a wide selection of French and foreign wines, as well as a variety of whiskies and absinthes, specialties of the region. The house was taken over in 2019 by Arnaud, who continues Philippe Chapon's work with the same care. However, it is not possible to enjoy meals on site or take away dishes.
