Marc Verdant is passionate about what he does. Creative too, with almost monumental pieces made from a variety of chocolates. Quality is the order of the day, which is only logical given the high standards imposed on each gourmet creation. There are two sales outlets in Pontarlier, this one in the center of town and a showroom in the Planchettes area.
