This Haut-Doubs institution dates back to 1890. Five generations of know-how have created famous beverages such as the fir bud liqueur or the famous Pontarlier-Anis with green anise. But it's also absinthe that takes pride of place in this distillery. In 2007, the distillery was awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) distinction, a label given to French companies with excellent craft and industrial know-how.
