BRASSERIE CUC
For 10 years, the Cuc brewery has been offering a range of unpasteurized beers naturally refermented in the bottle.
Founded in 2013, Brasserie Cuc has set up shop in Pouilley-les-Vignes. But it's beer we're talking about here. Or rather, a whole range of beers linked by a pretty, sober visual. Blonde, white and amber are the classics. The Cuc triple and the IPA will appeal to fans of character and pronounced bitterness. Spring Cuc's apple-green hue attracts, and so much the better. This beer is fresh and floral. It can be found in the bars of Besançon and Doubs. Like its winter counterpart, Christmas Spiced Ale.
