LA TRUITE DE LA LOUE
A restaurant that showcases the chef's talents with excellent dishes, to be enjoyed on the terrace in season.
It's Quingey's institutional address. Davy Ruffin decided to relaunch this hotel-restaurant on the banks of the Loue. Trout is king here, whether meunière, vin jaune or with morels. But the chef's talents don't stop there: the grilled meats are excellent, and of course there are salads, homemade burgers, tartines and more on offer. In season, the terrace offers a lovely view of the River Loue. The establishment offers a dozen rooms for a stopover in this town of character.
