CHALET RESTAURANT LA BOISSAUDE
Chalet restaurant ideal for a gourmet break that offers various snacks with an efficient and copious cuisine.
Lost deep in its remote mountain, at the bend of a road winding between the fir trees, this old farmhouse perched at 1230 m seems to have been left there by chance, in the heart of green pastures, offering an ideal setting for a gourmet break for lunch, a snack or an evening meal, in winter as in summer. In winter, after skiing down the cross-country ski slopes or snowshoeing through the Mont d'Or area, what a pleasure to stop for a snack, a pancake, a glass of wine or hot chocolate, a coffee or something else à la Boissaude! And when summer comes, after a long hike or mountain bike ride, to recharge your batteries with a small aperitif accompanied by regional salted meats, meats cooked with their potatoes on the embers, on its shady terrace... If the access is difficult and is deserved, even in spring, the decor, worthy of a postcard, is worth the candle and the table, with its dishes of the Haut-Doubs "bien de chez nous", is pleasant! On the menu: salads, fondues, meat grilled over a wood fire, its unmistakable Morbier crust, often copied, never equalled, and its homemade blueberry tart, tasty and crispy! Friendly staff, efficient service, hearty dishes, excellent charcuterie, enough to get you back on the right foot!

Service efficace et discret. Accueil sympathique.
N'hésitez pas à retenir votre table.
Cependant le prix est abusif pour des viandes cuites au feu de bois et des pommes de terre cuites dans les braises. 232€ pour 8 personnes. Les boissons apéro, bouteilles d'eau sont très chères. Accueil chaleureux
