LE SAINT-HIPPOLYTE
Restaurant with a friendly welcome offering a very careful cuisine.
Richard Guillaume has been running this restaurant, formerly Madame Guenot's, for fifteen years. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the cuisine is meticulously prepared, revisited according to the season. Of course, trout is king, whether it's with Jura wine, morels or grilled almonds, it's an absolute must. The dishes are hearty and the combination of ingredients is well-balanced. The decor is very pleasant and tasteful, and a gallery overlooking the Doubs offers a beautiful view. A good gastronomic stop-off.
