In the Coalescing of Doubs, Saint Hippolyte throne at the crossroads of the three plateaus. Catherine and Dominique Claude receive you in their large building hosting their Hotel-Restaurant. The dining room, very spacious, is particularly pleasant in winter when the fireplace gives us a beautiful climb. The map is especially developed, including the traditional "Mushrooms and Morels Crust" or "The Country's smoking slate". Of course, desserts are accompanied by a Jura macvin.
