From appetizer to dessert, our eyes and taste buds are delighted by an intelligent, delicate and gourmet cuisine sublimated by a subtle food-wine pairing. The dishes are created from local products, a clever mix of simple, local, seasonal and exceptional products, enhanced by herbs and spices from the garden. The product is king here, and it is in this philosophy that Élodie Oucheli and Thibault Étienne work with several MOFs of the region.
