The construction is inspired by the farms of the Comte region. This beautiful cheese dairy is the result of a project by two men, Claude Philippe, president of the Haute Combe cheese dairy, and Jean-Charles Arnaud, a big name in the Comté cheese industry (Juraflore). 12 million euros invested, 2 hectares of land, 9 copper vats, maturing cellars and 3 production units spread over 4,000m2. It is in this new generation cheese factory that the Arnaud cheese dairies produce their morbier.
